FAQ Page
1. How do I send you a picture?!
You send it as an attachment in your email to mine. [email protected]
2. I sent it to you, now how do I pick it up?
I do not give original copies. I only send it back by email and keep the originals to myself. This helps me build my portfolio.
3. But I'd really like to buy it from you!! Can't I buy it?
You can but it'll cost you. 50$ plus shipping and handling. 55$ framed. And this is a flat rate. Anything larger and you will have to email me about the price.
4. I thought this was for free! What gives?
I'm kind enough to feature you on my page and draw you for free. I'm a starving artist. I can't give away everything. Unless, I want to. I have been known to gift people.
5. Can you design my tattoo? Can you design my band album? Can you design my t-shit? (You get the idea.)
Designs take more effort, time and money. Using colors eats into my paint, supplies, etc. I don't normally do it, but, I will if we can agree on a written contract. Plus, anything made using my design, I want a cut of the money.
6. What if I don't like it?
Hmmm. This is a binding offer. Would you tell your tattoo artist, who already inked you, that you demand a full refund? Nope. And plus, it's already on you. You get what you paid for. No backsies.
7. Can you draw me in person?
No. Because that's not part of my project.
I enjoy having people in on the artwork. Taking their shots and artistically interpreting them into my own.
8. I emailed you yesterday. Where is my drawing?!?!
Unless we have a contract, I can take as much time as I want. I draw on the trains on my way to work; in the park; in a cafe, etc. Try not to seem ungrateful. But, a friendly reminder is okay. Sometimes my emails get lost or pushed down. Don't be afraid to ask.
9. Can I donate supplies to you?
Sure! That would be fantastic. But only if you live in NYC.
10. Can I donate money?
Yes. :) You can donate by going to my donation page. This helps keep the art going. Thank you.
